Students are given regular, personalised signals about their course progress and engagement. to encourage and prompt students who are not accessing materials or making good progress, and to recognise high achievement or improvement. This includes:

  • Intelligent agents used to encourage and prompt students who are not accessing materials or making good progress, and to recognise high achievement or improvement  at key milestones

personal engagement with students who seek assistance for issues affecting their progress, including recommendation/provision of relevant supports 

Unit design

Student feedback is used to inform unit changes and these changes are communicated to students in the unit guide and throughout the course in news items
