Enrolling your teaching team

  • Click on the Tools drop-down and then Classlist in the top navigation bar.
  • Click the Add Participants button at the top left of the window.
  • Select Add existing users from the dropdown .
  • In the Search field, enter the name of the  user to be enroled.
  • Click the Search button. A list of names will appear.
  • Click the checkbox next to user you want to enroll.
  • From the Role drop-down list select the role you want the person to have.
  • From the Section drop-down list select the section ending in ‘_S Section’, for example ZZZ101_TRI-1_2022_S Section.
  • Click on the Enrol Selected Users button.
